Custom dashboards
Create multiple dashboards for different audiences, sites or reporting cycles, then add the widgets that matter.
BI and analytics
Build dashboards from the records your teams already create. Choose the data, chart and grouping, then filter by site or period. When a number raises a question, the record behind it is still in the same system.
Build the view
Create dashboards for safety, quality, environment or a specific site, then share the view with the people who need it.
Create multiple dashboards for different audiences, sites or reporting cycles, then add the widgets that matter.
Choose inspections, issues or actions, select the fields, then pick the chart, aggregation and grouping.
Filter by date range, site, status, priority, source or template, and group by site, date, field or category.
Build a formula from field values. Use presets for TRIR, LTIR, severity rate, compliance percentage and ratio, or define your own.
Use bar, line, pie, number, gauge and table widgets to show a trend, a total, a rate or a distribution.
Share a dashboard with the organisation and use monthly HSE, environmental and ESG reports as a consistent data source.
A number with a source
A monthly HSE or environmental report is completed by the site. Inspection, issue and action data are also recorded in the system as the month progresses.
The dashboard builder turns those records into widgets by site, date and status. A rate can be computed with a formula, and the resulting view can be shared with the team.
When the number looks wrong, the underlying records are still in InspecOps, so the conversation starts with the source.

How it works
A dashboard builder for QHSE teams, without a separate BI project for every question.
Pick the data source and the fields that answer the question.
Select the chart, aggregation, grouping and formula.
Set the date range, site and status filters, then preview the result.
Save the dashboard and share it with the people who need the same view.
